Over the shingles and into the roof space: framing, ventilation, and how far the insulation actually reaches. Attics are where the expensive surprises hide.

The panel comes off. Breakers, wiring and connections get checked one by one, and anything that needs attention is photographed with a note you can hand to an electrician.
